Global Services of Rural Development NGO (“GSRD NGO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered under the Societies Act 2001 with Registration No. 261 of 2022, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our website.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. Our website currently provides two points of data collection: a Contact Us form and a Donations page (via bank transfer and QR code). We do not operate an online volunteer registration system.

Donation Data & 80G Records
GSRD NGO accepts donations exclusively through direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) or QR code scan to our registered Kotak Mahindra Bank account. We do not collect or store any payment card details, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs through our website.
Donor records including name, PAN, and donation amount are maintained in our financial books as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, for the purpose of issuing valid 80G donation certificates and for annual audit and ITR filing.
Our 80G provisional approval (Unique Reg. No. AAIAG2639JF20241, dated 06-03-2024) is valid from AY 2024-25 to AY 2026-27, granted by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, and issued under Form No. 10AC.
Your PAN number is used strictly for issuing 80G certificates and will not be shared with any third party except as required by law or tax authorities.
